Micky Avalon is coming out to Australia, again. Yeah so what i hear you say and in theory i have to agree. However for four dudes from Newcastle this may well prove to be a career making tour. If any of you have ever heard me talk about music you will have probably heard me lose my little mind over the now defunct four piece called the common code. The lyrics, the boots the hair it was all there. However as that dream faded lead singer Pete Stalls had to look else where to ply his rockstar trade, and that destination became known as The Protectors. With the help of three other young Novacastrians a band rose from the ashes of the common code and and began banging out lovely pop rock melodies with an accapella type quality that have a type of indie Hanson feel. Now they are going along for Mickys trailer park ride around the country and will no doubt be all too willing to partake in the good times and babes that Micky will offer in abundance
